Your referral goes to the community manager at the location you picked. They'll reach out to your friend within one business day. Usually a friendly intro, an offer to tour the space, and room for questions.
Yes. Pick whichever location fits them best. If you're not sure, let us know in the notes and we'll match them to the right one.
After your referral signs a lease and moves in. Amounts are set by location. Payment will be in the form of a Visa gift card.
Yes, please. A cold call from a business they didn't ask about isn't a great first impression. Not for them, not for us. That's what the checkbox is for.
