Yes. We accept shipments of all sizes — mail, packages, and pallets. Truck-height loading docks make unloading easy. Daily pickups from UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Can't be there for a delivery? We'll hold it securely until you can pick it up.
Yes. Our community management team is on site Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. They're here to support you and can assist with any questions or needs that come up during your time at FlexEtc.
FlexEtc is ideal for any business that needs space to operate — e-commerce fulfillment, retail, service businesses, clothing & apparel, events/production, and light manufacturing. We do not allow hazardous materials, noisy production, raw food handling, or cannabis-based businesses.

All FlexEtc memberships have flexible terms. You can scale up, scale down, or move on - without penalty. We believe your space should work for you, not the other way around.
Most members move in within a week of signing. Units are move-in ready - Wi-Fi is on, the loading docks are accessible, and our team is there to help you get set up from day one.
Absolutely. Your membership covers your space and your team. Employees and contractors can access the building during office hours, and members have expanded keycard access for those early mornings and late nights.
