FlexEtc is a co-warehousing facility that offers flexible and adaptable micro warehouse spaces, ranging from 300 to 3,000 square feet, as well as private creative office spaces for rent for 1-3 people. Our 50,000 square foot warehouse has been divided into these smaller spaces to provide an all-in-one logistics and workspace solution for businesses of any size. Each warehouse space rental includes access to a variety of practical amenities, such as conference and meeting rooms, 3 loading docks, daily courier pickups and drop-offs, utilities, 24/7 security, a stocked kitchen with a coffee bar, on-site staff, and more.

We've designed our co-warehouse facility to be a distraction-free environment, so you can focus on growing your business!

At FlexEtc, the lighting, Wi-Fi, truck height loading docks, push carts and pallet jacks, shipping and receiving services, 24/7 security monitoring, a stocked kitchen with a coffee bar, and much more are included with your rent. That means you can focus on running your business without worrying about hidden costs or fees.

We offer a secure and convenient way to manage your incoming mail, packages, and pallets. As your business' mailing address, we can accept shipments of all sizes. Easily unload your containers and pallets using our truck height loading docks. We have daily pickups from UPS, FedEx, and USPS, and a convenient on-site package drop-off location. Can't be there for your delivery? We'll hold your shipment in a secure location, and you can pick it up at your convenience.

Our team is here to support you and ensure your success at FlexEtc! Our friendly and knowledgeable Community Management Team are on site Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm to assist you with any questions or needs that may arise.

FlexEtc is an ideal location for any business that needs space to operate. To ensure the safety and comfort of all members, FlexEtc does not allow the handling of hazardous materials or the use of noisy production processes, nor do we allow raw food handling or cannabis-based businesses.

Our offices are fully equipped with desks and filing cabinets to help you stay organized and productive. Whether you need a single desk or multiple workstations, we've got you covered.

Payments are made easy and convenient through the FlexEtc app or online portal. Not only can you make payments, but you can reserve additional spaces, sign up for amenities, and access your account history. Managing your FlexEtc experience is seamless and efficient.
